@MWavy06 @drawandstrike @amuse I’ve heard that for 7 years. I’m looking for what, if anything, can be done to stop this this abuse of power in the judiciary because I don’t have an answer to that without being able to remove judges

@JeffBVockrodt @drawandstrike @amuse I’m no expert but those can take up to two weeks or more if the judge or a clerk decides to drag their feet. And they don’t have to even deem it an emergency if they don’t want to. And there’s no way I know of to prevent the judge doing it again tomorrow on something else

@drawandstrike @amuse I don’t understand how this type of thing can be stopped. We’re already seeing judges stop just about everything knowing full well it will be overturned at the next step
