Yeah it was a small amount of people, but it was happening. And no, actually, the people being harassed for being black were actually black. I don't see why a white person would be harassed for being black. I guess if the people doing it were as stupid as you it would make sense

People would also use the cosmetic and stream snipe to get into lobbies with black streamers and target them in game, and also harass them in the end game chat and in their stream chat.

It's not about wearing a human face as a mask. It's about a particular cosmetic item only being used to harass black streamers, and that because that is the majority of its use, it is being removed.

Considering the fact that people rarely used the cosmetics anyway, and that one in particular was only being used to harass people, yeah, I think it was. Don't get me wrong, they were cool, but it's better to just not let people have em if they're only gonna use em to be a dick

They're not really punishing everyone else. Most people never use these cosmetics. A lot of people don't even have 1. And even then, when it's only being used as a weapon to harass people, it probably is better to take it out.
