@StockMKTNewz ice cream recipes can be a little complex if you are about smoothness. I once wrote an application for balancing frozen dessert recipes backed by some interesting algorithms. This is a must if you’re making custom recipes on the fly. If someone at @SharkNinja wants to reach out.

Just swapped from Deepgram’s STT to in-house implementation today. Only needed a single engineer who is pretty junior. Our custom implementation is a FastAPI gateway backed by Triton. All on single L40s in our colo. AI SaaS increasingly having no moat. $NVDA #Deepgram
