I'm being patient but also don't want to BS myself into waiting for the perfect time.

When I worked a 7 to 4, this was my schedule:
* Wake up at 6:10 AM
* Get ready/drink coffee
* 30min commute at 6:25 AM
* On tools 7 AM - 4 PM
* Gym from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM
* Commute back home
* Dinner & scroll social media
But now?
Reminder:
You will still succeed if you:
- Watch Netflix
- Enjoy late nights
- Party
Do the things needed for success + enjoy life.
If someone’s telling you otherwise… be careful
If I can earn 6 figures online, stay fit & have a happy marriage.

Being Fit is Simple
1. Set your benchmark (run 5km in 'X' time)
2. Hire a coach & get your plan & test
3. Schedule time daily (work the plan)
4. Start learning how to maximise plan (nutrition, sleep etc)
5. Test at deadline
6. Review & set next goal
Heading out for a 2-hour run today.
I love longer sessions because the intensity is manageable.
Yesterday's 38-minute workout, however, kicked my ass! 😅
Mixing up the intensity keeps me consistent and motivated.
