@British_Airways we have an urgent need to confirm a booking for a flight tomorrow but can't get through to phone help (it's disabled). It's for someone with reduced mobility and it's causing a fair amount of stress. Please can we speak with someone as the app is not working.

@hometree_uk Not our experience unfortunately. Our tenants have been without hot water for two weeks due to a lack of customer service from Hometree. Engineers don't turn up and they fob you off when you call their customer support. May lose tenants over this. Avoid them.

@VanMoof These bicycles are unreliable and break often. You could maybe look past this if their support was decent but it's not. 7+ working days to respond to an email; on hold for 30+ minutes to call them and no responses on their socials. Avoid.

@vanmoof_truth @VanMoof Why is their support _so_ bad. I can't recommend this bicycle to anyone. I think VanMoof owners are skimping on support to make better margins. First the seat post clamp broke and now the bike is ERR 20'ing. All within 3 months and less than 100 miles :-/

@samphippen @semanticist I feel like UK vs US salaries is always going to be skewed. Very different living costs and monthly outgoings. Perhaps disposable income at those levels would show better parity?

@semanticist @HSBCUKBusiness Oh man. Update: After complaining on three different channels I was called a day later to say they were reinstating the account whilst making it clear they were perfectly right in closing it, and not apologising. We are now in the process of moving everything to Tide.

@TideBanking You say you're different to high street banks but my experience with your customer service this week has been lacklustre. Message not answered for 3 days now, and previous answers not actually addressing the questions being asked. Not a great look.
