Very excited to be interviewing @bhargreaves tomorrow. Brad has written 200+ deep dives on different themes and niche asset classes within real estate. My hope with the interview is to dig deeper on questions like: - What niche, sub-institutional strategies would you build a new investment firm around if you were starting from scratch today? - How are new real estate asset classes created? i.e Warehouses, Data Centres, Cold Storage, University Housing are all asset classes that were created in the last decade! - What role will media and brand play in building the real estate investment firms of the future? i.e Chris Powers' podcast is a good example of this at play. - How will city design change as a function of autonomous cars? I have space for some extra questions -- and if anyone has any questions they'd like me to ask Brad, feel free to DM me or comment them!
