1. taking a low cal lunch to school. i can't really get away with not eating at school so i plan it the night before and it usually ends up being around 40-80 cals. this also fills me up so i dont get hungry until about 4/5pm
so clearly i was kinda young when my ed started to develop. (when i was about to turn 13) at this time i was eating 800 cals per day and i honestly don't think i lost much.. if i did then i definitely gained it back.
4. intermittent fasting!! i usually eat my dinner around 5:30 pm and eat my lunch at school at 1:25pm meaning i can easily get in about 19hrs everyday.
Banana Pancakes
~24kcals each (makes 3)
•mix half a mashed banana, 1 egg white, 1tbsp unsweetened almond milk and 2tbsp stevia together in a bowl
•cook 3.5tbsp of the batter at medium heat until golden brown
3. for dinner, i usually have something filling yet low calorie. for example, i sometimes have chicken & veggie soup which is around 160 cals or i'll have just a bowl of broccoli around 60 cals.
5. in terms of exercise though, i dont really do much. i walk to and from school everyday and play tennis once per week, sometimes doing some dance or yoga at home but im usually too tired or too busy.
that’s it thank you for helping me because i’m very indecisive and dependent on others!!! please retweet so i can drag other people into my business!🫶🫶
