We certainly did! 👇🏾 It was magical, transformative and exactly what I had hoped for!! I have immense respect and love for each and every woman who joined us at our 1st retreat. There was immense gratitude for what we created.
We did it! We’ve just hosted our first ever retreat. Thanks to all those who joined us. We hope it ‘filled your cup’ - a day of yoga, meditation & mindfulness in the most beautiful setting - just what we all needed

Absolutely devastated to hear about the legend @DrMichaelMosley today. If it weren't for him I would not have experimented with the 5:2 diet which was a precursor to my intermittent fasting, and my journey into holistic health. Always remembered for your incredible selflessness!

@TLyons00 @GreenerNHS This is fantastic Tracy, it would be great to have this feed I to wider questions around are you still taking this medication and if not why not to get to the root of why individuals don't take their meds and whether a lifestyle intervention might better suit them.
