how to get sanctifying elixir:
there are 3 sanctifying elixir that you can find in natlan, they are inside hidden caves, there is 1 cave/elixir for each tribe-area.

to create a ring you need 3 fragments of the same colour, you can find fragments inside precious and luxurious chests (it's random so you'll have to open most of those chests)

for example if you want to create the yellow ring you'll need to explore the north areas of natlan (tequemecan valley and basin of unnumbered flames) so you'll get yellow fragments since it's related to children of echoes tribe

one last thing:
opening all chests takes hours/days and a lot of energy, the probability of getting a fragment is very low.
I would suggest everyone to just explore and enjoy natlan, pay attention if you see precious/luxurious chests because they might drop one.

kaveh kit is a fail, but he's there, he applies dendro so is still usable.. I have good supports for him and I enjoy playing him sometimes (sadly claymores are too slow for me so I kinda get bored but yea)
it's sad I wish hoyo did better 😔
