Your highest-spending first-time customers are the ones who come back more often and spend even more. The right creative strategy doesn't just drive purchases; it attracts higher-value customers. If you're not tracking which creatives bring in the biggest spenders, you're leaving serious money on the table.

@real_POK If your bottom line is growing why not? Just keep an eye on engagement, high frequency can work sometimes but if performance drops it's time to refresh.

A frequency of 7 to 10 isnβt a good strategy for any brand. If youβre targeting a cold audience, keep it below 3. For warm audiences, 3 to 5 is fine. Retargeting can go up to 7, but if CTR drops, youβre not building recall, youβre wasting budget and annoying people instead of driving sales or leads. If your frequency is that high and purchases or leads arenβt increasing, thatβs a problem.
