Thread: Motivation in mapping!. Motivation is very important when mapping. Speciely for new mappers. I asked some mappers i know this question: "what do you do when you have no motivation to map and how you regain it.". here are some of the answers i got.

I never seen a bigger waste of a talent then tuyu. A fantastic vocalist who is sadly singing the same thing over and over. There is no creativity anymore and it becomes more bland the more songs come out. I feel like its either the production or the band behind it ruining it.

Most ratings have a reason outside of racism like how argentina loves to be nr1 in everything so i put them at nr1 as a joke. Or how indonensia and poland are next to each other because people get the flags wrong etc. or how german is not nazi tier XD like its so obvious. 2/3.

The same people who complain about ai art in osu are also the same who have access to 1000+ mp3s of pirated songs. Both things are horrible. So people stop trying to have a fake moral high ground its cringe. Unless you have nothing but fa artist songs downloaded.

Weight goal this year reached!.Start: Jan 2023: 170kg.End: Dez 2023: 120kg. I used to be sm1 who overeats, takes drugs or drinks to feel happy. Now i go to the Gym and talk more with family and friends. New goal 2024: 80kg and more muscles to counter excess skin.

Its kinda sad how most maps are just 10-20 favs and 1k-10k plays these days. Even on fun aim maps. Only time maps are played much is either the mapper is popular or a big player plays it. It kinda feels like no one is exploring on their own anymore just follow 1 person.

stop having this fake idea of quality control in the bng and just nominate normal fucking maps. Like what harm is there to rank some "PP" maps? As long as we gatekeep certain mapping styles we start fights between groups, thats mainly why players complain about modern tech.
