usually its because there are none, like this map
if there are, average skill of a mapper that is considered good it takes em 3 pages to explain subjective reasoning over something that isnt wrong anyway
mappers are stuck in stone age
Even if it does go through veto mediation, no meaningful changes get done ANYWAYS and it just gets ranked.
IMO just rank everything or bring back the nuke button. There is no point for veto because "quality" issues are way too hard to explain.
