@nextofficial spot the error. I ordered age 10 jeans for my 137cm tall son to wear on xmas day and low and behold they don't fit. Not great QA when even the tags don't match

@BBCandrewpicken slightly outdated and frankly sexist photo used in your article on the @BBCnews app. Adding more fuel to the misperception that all current and former pupils of independent schools are very posh and male. There are lots of independent schools that aren't Eton btw

First day of FY1 on call - Tried my best all day - Snowed under by jobs - Surgical reg gave me really dodgy looks when I asked a question and made me feel v stupid then made a few belittling comments - Other reg critiques my admin skills all day I kinda hate this ngl ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

@johalifax Always after swimming. If you do it over a towel then as you twist you get an extra dry around the strap. Otherwise it depends. I'll do either.

@EdinburghKnee I'm eager & also not. Change is needed as we are all #AbsolutelySickOfIt but I'm not convinced the grass is any greener and also not convinced my vote will result in any real change. Politics today feels like #Same💩DifferentDay which is saying something as a colorectal surgeon.

@beckybeckyfish My thesis and my youngest will always be inextricably bound. Not least because it shows my determined daughter what a determined woman can do. Congratulations and I have no doubt your little one will be incredibly proud of what mummy has/is/will do. Also, pen and paper 🤣🤣

@nik_henderson Don't know about any official guidance but from my experience as a FY (cough, 15yrs ago, cough) and then recently with my folks. Twice a week once on downstream ward. Daily on acute ward.

@OrthopodReg Plus I thought that CCT and shedding all the WBAs and training tick boxes would bring clarity (as well as more spare time). It doesn't. Networking, applying for jobs, preparing for interviews etc. Plus trying to balance what's best for your family/self etc Very unsettling
