a shame too, bc the directors at pokemon have a strong vision(s) for their titles but bc they alway have to adhere to the global franchise they created (like releasing the games in combination with merchandise) they probably have to deal with their visions being compramised

Man the devs are lazy; they reused Samus' up air for Greninja's up air, and we all know Samus invented drillkicks. Don't get me started on how much of a rushed character Cloud was for reusing Megaman's (who actually invented sliding as an attack) d-tilt.

male characters in shonen have some of the most creative and destinct designs with a crazy amount of variety in face/body types
female characters are kinda lacking in the imagination department
