@northwoods1980 @MarcRankin4 Yep PROMs may have been useful, but would be tricky to interpret when contralat hip was the control. Hip joint space narrowing <2mm seems to correlate with pain ( so there's some validity in it's use as a clinically relevant metric. @prem_ramkumar

If a fine cut neck CT is performed routinely and is negative, maybe not necessary to screw neck, but depends on local availability/protocol/timing.
