This account is protected by freedom of speech. K-Line have sent defamation lawsuit threats to people who have posted anything negative about their fursuit quality. This enforced silence stops new customers from being aware of their business practices.
This is not related to kemono line, but we feel that those looking for alternative kemono makers should be made aware.
❌ DO NOT SUPPORT
@RSKEMONO
(rising sun kemono) ❌
They are not Japanese, they are not furries, they want to exploit this fandom.
The first thing I am going to cover on this account is K-Line's shady and restrictive terms of service (TOS).
⚠️ DO NOT PURCHASE A SUIT FROM K-LINE WITHOUT READING THEIR TOS ⚠️
This is their current English terms of service, dated January 25th 2021
Kemono Line are now using Twitter Circle to communicate with those they know will defend them. Instead of responding to those who have issues.
This is meant to be professional business.
My goal is not to defame or discredit kemono line, my goal to make people aware of the method in which they conduct their business and treat their clients.
As long as I only speak the truth they can not do anything without it being direct harassment.
K-Line have responded with ”uwu don't hurt our feelings".
What about all the feelings of those you have continually ignored? What about those who are still waiting after 3 years? What about those who heart was broken when their suit arrived full of holes?
You do not understand
I will share my experience as a K-line buyer.
I purchased a fursuit from them a few years ago. They took my money and requested the dtd. I was given a 6 month until completion timeframe.
When those 6 months had passed they did not respond to me. They "ghosted" me.
They are American. They pretend to be Japanese to scam people into purchasing their suits.
To verify, a Japanese user sent quote request in Japanese, and another in English. The Japanese one was entirely ignored, while the English replied with 24 hours.
K-Line are purposely changing their TOS in order to shut down and harass @/o3onatsu. They are jealous of their success and want to take their profits and fame for themselves. This is childish bullying at best.
We will no longer be silenced by kemono line. We will speak up
And importantly
What about the feelings of those you have threatened, abused and silenced with fake legal crap? What about the people who are now frightened to attend a Japanese event because of you?
😵 ??? All you have to say is 😵?
I have messaged Chise and I'm incredibly angry it was posted to this account. As well as being posted at all. My goal is to provide accurate information on the poor conduct of kemono line.
I have removed that person's access to this account. I will continue to find out why
If kemono line want to send me a lawsuit please dm me and I'll give you my email, then post your threatening behaviour and gross negligence of customer respect in public for all to see.
If you are a K-line suit owner who has issues with their fursuit, but do not want to deal with legal threats from K-line for speaking out, you can DM me. I will share on your behalf. You deserve better.

Thank you to those who contacted me to inform.
Eizin (previously known as Eixin) has been known in the past to draw kemoshota/cub pornography. He has multiple doujinshi and events tied to his name.

In the last 6 months:
K-Line has only completed 2 of the paid fursuits.
They have opened commissions for 13 new suits
(20 including the image flipped ones)
In this thread Natsu expresses direct concern about attending events in Japan due to the influence of K-Line within the fandom there.
This is exactly what I have been trying to say. K-Line have monopolized the Japanese furry fandom and now try to control who is allowed a part
Before we begin let me make this clear
You do not own the fursuit or design. You are paying K-line to make the fursuit and you're renting it to wear. They claim they can take legal action against you to retrieve the suit for any reason at any time.
They have announced a further 4 fursuits.
Before you consider to purchase, remember that their seams are so poorly sewn that detailed markings such as stripes and spots will require heavy maintenance before being able to even wear.
They also still owe fursuits from 4 years ago
Please do not harass or blame anyone who owns a K-Line fursuit. They are not responsible for the actions of their maker. They are people who loved the designs, or wanted to share a fursuit style with people they care about. Please give them your support
It is late here but i am trying to respond to dms. I have blocked them so we can operate in peace. If they message me I will take action with Twitter support for them using fake accounts to harassing
A note: K-Line have sent legal threats out for a multitude of reasons. Not limited to the production of the figure, but also to those who left negative reviews of the K-Line and those who dared to make changes to their fursuit.
They use Google translate on their website and cannot communicate in Japanese. After a call out on Twitter they removed their about page, which is filled with nothing but lies about their experience.
If you want to play this game with TOS bullshit, lawyer up and I'll see you in the US courts. Otherwise word of advice mind your own business and stick to your own jurisdiction.

6.10:
YOU CANNOT SELL THE FURSUIT.
If you wish to sell the fursuit you either must return it to K-line for a financial loss, or you must contact K-line to arrange a transferable ownership.
They operate under many names
Rskemono/rocky mountain dragons/seiku apparel/cryptofoxclan
Their fursuit have been dismantled and confirm to use dangerous materials in construction. They also give dangerous care instructions.
I wanted to bring attention to them as they are currently trading with two separate tables here at Midwest Furfest/MFF2022. Taking dealer space from real fursuit makers and artists.
I unfortunately missed this. But in November 2020, shortly after the terms of service are introduced, we find out that K-Line is NOT a company. In fact it is just EIXIN/EIZIN.
The law threats are personally from him. Everything wrong is because of him.
Good morning
At the moment I am tweeting the issues with Kemono Line in English due to the ease of understanding globally. However I have been made aware overnight that this is now finally reaching the Japanese Kemono community.
There are many incredible kemono fursuit makers out there, and we recommend you do your research before making any large purchase of a fursuit.
I will not be covering other makers than kemono line, but rskemono can fuck off
A user has gone through the email sent to Natsu and explained the issues with each paragraph. I've attached the images below.
⚠️ This user is not connected to Natsu in way. There may be issues with the translation accuracies but the message is the still the same.
I want to clarify that these issues to not exist with other Japanese kigurumi creators, they are exclusive to K-Line. Please continue to give those other creators your love and support in their business endeavours
This action hurts my integrity in providing information and the reputation of kemono in my country. I am not the only one angry it was posted. I have sent an apology and removed the post. I do not condone the actions or attack made against her.
I have been in discussion with a former employee K-Line, who has provided photographs and other evidence to confirm this.
However the allegations made against K-Line are severe. While I can confirm their employment I cannot confirm their story.
As a final note to prove they are a con. rskemono also support and create NFT. Advertising it on the fursuit business account.
The NFT project (

) was a type of crypto scam known as a rugpull.

3: ⚠️⚠️⚠️
This is where it gets shady. K-line reserve the rights to change their TOS at any time, and insist that the new TOS will apply RETROACTIVELY to previous owners. Meaning they can change their TOS to anything they want, and because you consented you have to abide by it.
The fursuits are created by staff hired by K-Line in a type of apprenticeship. They are poorly paid and treated, but they have no involvement in the terms and conditions of the website. This has been confirmed multiple times.
EIXIN AND RADY DO NOT MAKE THE SUITS.
I received a testimony from someone who wishes to remain anonymous, they sent me proof of their statement.
K-line has had poor customer service for many years, even before closing custom commissions.
People have ask if K-line deliver fursuit then why continue this account?
It is not about the delivery alone. The fursuit quality are known to be very poor and EIZIN treatment of kemoner in Japan and overseas is not acceptable. Until these are corrected we will continue
Please note that you MUST provide me with evidence of your interactions with K-Line. I cannot accept your claim otherwise and I refuse to post false information. I will respect your request to be anonymous but you must prove your story to me at least.
I would like to point out that at the same time Eizin sent this response to Natsu he sent another email out to existing kemono line customers.
⚠️ He explicitly states in one email that the terms of service are NOT LEGALLY BINDING OUTSIDE OF JAPAN. ⚠️
The reason people do not speak out is fear. People are scared of EIZIN and worry they will not be able to attend events in Japan because of him if they speak out against K-Line. They are scared they will be sued by K-Line for telling the truth.
This is abuse.
I am now able to legally share the screenshot from their twitter circle posted in November.
They blamed a customer for causing them so much stress "were not able to continue work for the last week", they showed off a new product that week as well as trading at event.
6.6:
You cannot use other fursuit parts with your kemonosuit. This includes obvious things like different paws, or even things like fursuit shoes. Harnesses and collars count for this.
When the showcase suits are designed they do not even think about the construction or materials. They took the money for these fursuits without even knowing if it was possible for them to create them, and now continue to ghost the clients with no responses.
I hear this same story again and again. I am not the only one who has received bad quality from their suits and service. Why should we let more people fall into this pain? We do not accept this from West makers so why accept from Japan?
As of today they have listed 7 new fursuits for sale. They have still not responded to emails or concerns.
I'm am not including the flipped image twins in this number.
K-Line pushed out 3 suits in the last 2 days. Both Yusen and Suirei were from the Showcase 4.0.2
These suits would have been completed before Christmas. Which means they were working on these when they lied and claimed to be unable to work.
We have a new section at the end. This is titled compiance with the terms. In short:
1. You must comply
2. If you see a violation you must report with evidence
3. They will make the dispute with the offending party
4. They will claim compensation for damages
This is not an apology from Eizin. This is a back handed insult where he attempts to shift responsibility and blame onto the customer. His wording in Japanese is very indicative of that
Section 7 has been changed to say that you MUST contact K-line before commissioning a 3D avatar to get their approval. There is a special form for this on the contact page.
They are doing this so your avatar has to "meet their standards" but yet they have never made an avatar.
We are at
#JMoF2023
again this year. There are many kemono line suiters here. I want to point out that many Japanese do not have issue with K-Line as they are given a priority over foreign customers over time and quality, so there is a strong bias here.
He says that he "never intended to attack you by giving you violation of the terms and conditions". Yet immediately after sending that email he went on to change the TOS drastically for the first time in 2 years to purposely include what he was trying to prevent Natsu to do.
At the moment updates will be less active. Kemono line are still refusing to respond to emails. We are also currently investigating an issue and are not ready to publicly announce as such until it is confirmed as valid.
6:
These are all the things you cannot do with the character. Some are reasonable, however some are insane. Which I will cover in the next series of tweets in this thread
In order to hide from public scrutiny, K-Line have been posting actively to their shop account
@kemononosu
While at the same time blaming customers of "preventing them from doing any work the last week".
They are lying to you. They have a physical store today.
6.5:
This is very important because they actively enforce this.
Silhouette. For example, if you have large breasts visible through your fursuit, but the design ref does not, this counts as breaching their TOS.
In the introduction we are told immediately that this TOS is to gain the consent of the buyer to use K-line kemonosuit in media such as, but not limited to, photographs.
They clearly state to "prevent damage caused by handling of the characters" and K-line reputation.
At the present moment in time I am forced to say that I strongly advise against purchasing kemono line fursuit until this issue is confirmed. There is the possibility you will never receive the fursuit.
1:
This explains the terminology used in the rest of the TOS.
Design means the artwork
Kemonosuit means the fursuit
Character means both.
2:
By purchasing you accept the terms that follow
It is time for you to stop disrespecting your customers. Stop lying to them in emails and messages. Stop sending your baseless legal threats and trying to make them fear. Stop ghosting customers who you are failing to deliver the fursuit for after years.
7:
You are allowed to make VRChat avatars, but if K-line decides they don't like your model you must stop using it.
If they decide to make their own avatars in the future you cannot commission one if you already made one.
Why do we accept this behavior with K-Line, when Western makers will be publicly called out for bad business?
Why is K-Line immune to criticism of their quality and conduct? The furry fandom needs to work together to highlight these issues to protect each other.
As a fursuiter myself I want to enjoy JMoF with my partner. We are here to have a nice time not hassle kemono line. Though I appreciate those who have spoken freely with me about their worry in privacy, let us all please enjoy our time!
This may be very upsetting to who were not aware. Please note that those who own the suits do not endorse this and some have expressed great distress over this information.
@Bella_Fraise
I am so sorry to hear you went through the same. I am surprised K-Line did not prevent you from using new paws, when I refurbished my suit they sent me an email saying I had breached their terms
6.7:
You have to abide by what K-line has the mental view of the character as. You cannot be yourself in fursuit, you must uphold the reputation of K-line. You are expected to be nothing more than a doll.
I emailed K-line about the issues with the suit but they ignored me again and again. Eventually I found my emails bounce back, they blocked me. But that was ok. I was free from them.
4:
In short, while you can create merchandise, you cannot make a profit from it. They can only be made for personal use.
If you live outside Japan you can make a maximum of around $1350 a year at most from goods featuring the character.
Remember you do not own the character.
The new section labelled
【重要事項】
Says they prohibit the comissioning of any illustration, video or merchandise that is made by altering the original design.
In this case it is a direct attack on Natsu for adding breasts to the figure.
Eizin also confiscates the figure Natsu has paid to create and offers to reimburse the money. However, he also states he has "freed her and she can do as she pleases with the character". If he surrenders the rights to Natsu he is in no legal position to stop the figure.
It also says at the end that this is a temporary notice until they add it officially to their terms and conditions. They threw this in as a rush job to supress one of their suiters.
It does not matter if it is your business name, you do not own a hashtag, nobody owns a hashtag. Anyone can tag their content as whatever they want. If you don't like it then leave Twitter
Reviews are a good thing. They allow people to make informed decisions before purchasing.
If a company goes to great lengths to silence those who have criticism towards their products then the company cannot be trusted.
EIZIN has had a hold over the Japanese kemono community for many years. Due to the nature of Japan culture people do not confront him. This allows him to continue his iron grip over the fandom. Those who spoke about it last night all felt that sadness in being unable to be free
I am sorry I use Google translate so I worry that my message will not go through as I want to. But we have never set out to stop kemono line, only to improve the quality of fursuit and life of those who own them. Everyone deserves to be happy
What Eizin wants is control over his customers. He will lie to you, he will turn others against you and threaten you. He does not care about you, he only cares about his "brand" and maintaining his position in Japan.
He cannot silence us or continue to treat us this way.
Note 2* says you cant swap parts with other characters. So you cant wear another katagami's head or paws for fun. This does not apply to partial suits.
4* means if it is a one sided gift, like a birthday present, then the rule behind 6.9 does not apply.
