@DexterCousins I don't think most people can afford it. Even if it's a PT style relationship (which you're right, it often will be), it'd still be nice for it to be accessible.

@JWilkinson87 Really like the idea of helping people build experience — imagine if you’re just finishing a related uni course or want to make coaching you’re ft gig. I think there has to be some sort of rem to get the right buy-in — otherwise I think it’d be hard to diff from a mentor?

@Mitch_pleeasee Interesting. At @EVP_VC we try and solve this through a shared talent service — but clear gap for startups not yet at funding stage (or who aren’t looking for it). Do you think Slack and open talent networks help?

@EVP_VC just had its *first* team offsite out in the Southern Highlands. Actual bliss to get away from the hustle+bustle & do some planning. Hotel was built in 1920s – of course we had to have a dress-up dinner. You're welcome for the evidence.
