So much this!! Coaching tools,strategies, and choices are ALL available to us to use contextually
It always amazes me why we are so focused on having age related stages in coaching. This week I used foam balls with some adult players for an entire session and it was one of the best sessions we had all year. These balls are even before the red ball for 6-8 year olds.

It’s time for the basketball world to embrace contemporary motor learning theories. The more this happens, the easier it becomes to dismiss pseudoscientific principles, such as those shared in this video. The fact this is shared by the NBA only shows how much needs to change within the industry!
