One do not go into tournament hoping for bronze medal. This kind of mentality doesn't exist in Chinese badminton camp. Win the gold else it's failure! That is why China is almost perfect in badminton. But Malaysia is still happy LZJ can win at least a bronze! Different mentality

No they have a habit of withdrawing after 'winning' certain tournaments. They did the same after wining World Champ. Once they decided to return, they continue their losing streaks to weaker players. This is the pattern i observed

He is a back court player smasher so he needs either a woman (normally front court) or a short front court player in the MD. Mix doubles best for him. Not easy to get a good front court MD player. KKK was the best MAS every produced i think

why wow! Do you know anything less than 3.4 is women's DD? Other competitors are doing 3.7, 3.8 and 3.9 yet Bertrand is doing mostly 3.3 and below! Very low DD

Dhabitah is not hogging on a wildcard quota. She really deserves a place in the finals as she is amongst the best springboard divers in the world as proven from her 4th placing at Tokyo Olympics. Just that she did not qualify in proper at the World Champ held this year.
