Thanks to @FlerlageKev and @flerlagekr for having me as a guest blogger for the 4th time! This feature has the potential to change the entire BI landscape, as does viz extensions. Two massive features in the same release! Hit me up if you want the sample files used in the post!

Using the WHAM metric by @MikePMoffatt and The Missing Middle Initiative - all 51 housing markets in Canada have become less affordable in 2025 than they were in 2005!

@EricDLombardi What about taking government land and green lighting projects like the post WW II prefabs? Put up neighbourhoods of 4-6 different types of houses and economy of scale. These units would have to be way cheaper no? (And something in the approx size of 1800 Sq Ft)

@meredithmartin Is it odd that no government (or public service org) - at least in North America - gets held to account for outcomes? Building on what you say, do you think this long focus on process-focus has made the public so cynical that they don’t even expect outcomes-based evaluation?

@FlerlageKev @RileyFlerlage Not really. I’m a fan of spring golf through the end of May, fall golf from mid-September, and lift, clean, and place at even a forecast of rain! :)

@EricDLombardi As a Nova Scotian, it would be great if we didn’t have to burn hydrocarbons moving hydrocarbons to our houses :)

@mattgurney I'm optimistic it will make us a stronger nation, less dependent on another single nation (and maybe even break the octopus economy in the process). I'm not at all optimistic about how long the transition from here to there will take...

Maybe we should also: - BAN US steaming services - BAN Canadian companies from using productivity software from American companies Why not just completely shut down our economy?!?!? This is the most "cut off nose to spite face" plan I've ever seen.

@EricDLombardi Lately, it seems to me that the only thing that is harder than good governance is explaining good governance. So, might as well go 100% in on 'easy to explain' and let future generations worry about the bill (plus interest).
