I was there with a big group of friends including Jewish people, a few people in their 70s and my 8 year old daughter. Our call was peace and justice. Everyone around us throughout the 3 hours between Portland Place and Downing St were the same.

💯 this. I’ve gone hoarse trying to explain that the problem at Goldsmiths is NOT just financial. Money is tight but it’s the management’s incompetence & corruption that’s the biggest problem.
Whilst it is good that the Sunday Times has covered this issue, it is disappointing that they’ve let university bosses who are exploiting the crisis off the hook. We were very careful to distinguish between institutions who have been pushed to the brink, and those who are

Well I would argue most relationships aren’t “natural”. As a cis heterowoman I don’t think it is “natural” that most women I know are equal breadwinners but are also responsible for most of the domestic & care work. But seems our society is built on those relationships! 🤷🏾♀️
