A labour intensive dish of fired carrots -intensely sweet, almost candied, beneath their charred skin- a couple of smooth purees of cashew nut & more carrot, & chili crisp w plenty of umami & crunch & a moderate chili tingle, that would boost most things @kindlecardiff in Bristol

Our ‘Pothead’ pop up @CorpYard going down a treat on its first night ✌🏻
A visit to @CorpYard for the brand new 'Potheads' popup from @kindlecardiff. Smoked back at HQ, lightly smashed and crisped up, before being slathered with sauce: a dollop of carby indulgence, and hefty portions too. There all month- recommended!
