Black men have got to find integrity that surpasses their lust to become adjacent to rich white men. This is prime example as to how that pursuit demolishes your entire character/existence. You screaming at your community to let you support white supremacy so you can get a check.
Stephen A. Smith goes off on the people criticizing Snoop Dogg, Nelly, and Soulja Boy for performing at President Donald Trump’s inauguration celebration and calls out those in our community who turned against Ice Cube. (🎥 Stephen A. Smith/YouTube)

@paulswhtn I literally asked myself “what was the director’s notes to cause this expression” cause you’d think he was expecting to be told they were getting a divorce or sumn 😭.

how long will we have to endure her constant psychosis of trying to be the biggest rap star in the world?.
Our June 2024 cover star @iamcardib has a reminder: "I'm that bitch and y'all fucking know it.". The star is on a mission to cement her legacy while dealing with the pressures of marriage, motherhood and following up her classic debut. Story/Photos:

@varcmus he faced a lot of abuse as a kid and I think Hollywood didn’t aid in healing from that but pushed him deeper.

@varcmus They don’t understand she lost with Big Foot, that was not a swing that connected. That was swing and miss that made her spin and hit the ground.

I agree with her. HOWEVER, I want us to be honest about why Sexy Redd has become the poster-child for inappropriateness in Black music when the men in rap have had the kids dancing along to insanity for two decades.
“My shit reads on camera!” 🤘🏾 y’all know I’m not with all that typing! I said wtf I said! Somebody call the police on these weirdos!

sometimes I wonder why Black people were damned with the punishment of being treated as inhuman by everyone…there are so many slurs that non-Black people wouldn’t dare say out their mouth but somehow ‘n*gger’ is the one they feel complete satisfaction from saying.
Ray says the hardest part about streaming is not being able to say the N-word. "Imagine you say the N-word and your whole career is gone, bro.".

yall be wanting ENEMIES to lovers without anyone being an actual enemy.
My issue with enemies to lovers is that a lot of these stories are actually bully-victim or oppressor-oppressed. Enemies-to-lovers, to me, means that they have a balance of power. If there's a power imbalance, they aren't enemies. Some of yall love oppressors and bullies.

@Nayainshambles the agnostic girlies be teetering atheism without knowing it, yes she was on IG telling us she is more enlightened and aligned with life than we are b/c she reads the bible now but it also very clear that her mental state was much different than from before, we can give her grace.

@varcmus and even outside of that, Black Americans been using variations of the phrase “they even killed Jesus” since we can remember with no context associated with Jewish people 😭.

@paulswhtn I don’t know if this sounds right but I think the way they took spectacle out of this scene made it hit perfectly. Like they could’ve gone for the up close intensity or had more erratic camera movements but no, we only see their shadowed figures with hints of their face.

ppl say this to me all the time irl, my thing is….Beyonce hasn’t been strictly an R&B artist since the day she released IASF so the expectation of ‘full R&B album’ doesn’t make sense to me.
i feel like ppl want r&b bey again but ppl are scared to say it while she’s experimenting with different genres 🫢.
