It’s terrible. Is she ok? My friend’s aunt has COVID was taken by ambulance to one hospital and they were full. They went to 2 other hospitals and during that time, my friend was panicking b/c she had no clue where her aunt was for 6 hours.

Glad she is feeling better. Hopefully she can see/talk to her doctor to make sure she is ok. I’m sure going to the ER full of COVID/sick people wasn’t where she wanted to go. Urgent cares are bad too. I tried to go b/c of my asthma...over 1 hr to register and 4 hrs to be seen.

I work at a children’s hospital. None of the children here have ended up “psychologically abused”. Exposing them to the virus is child abuse. Parents have been devastated when they realize their non-masking caused their children to be admitted to the hospital with COVID 😡🙄

To be honest, I haven’t had anyone in my home…vaxxed or unvaxxed. Since I’m taking prednisone right now, my immune system is compromised. Everything is outside, vaxxed and still wear masks.

Homemade chicken and noodles. She was Hungarian…always made noodles from scratch. I was in awe every time I watched her cut hundreds of noodles in a flash. I would probably lose a finger or two if I tried to do it 🥺

The Sherman Oaks Hospital has a trailer now that they are putting the overflow of dead bodies. Providence Holy Cross in Mission Hills is almost full. How do you know the hospital by you is empty? You can’t just go into a COVID unit...let alone get into the hospital now.

I look more at hospitalizations than cases. The hospitalizations tell you who the really sick are which is taxing the system.

Nope…vaxxed and boosted. I wear a mask, social distance, wash hands, etc. I have an autoimmune disease…don’t stay in the house 100% of the time but very picky where I go and who I’m in contact with…I avoid crowds. Been tested a few times and all have been negative

Not in Los Angeles County. Healthcare workers are getting sick and the ICUs are filling up. And one hospital has a trailer now to put the overflow of dead bodies in.

Sad to see that so many don’t give a damn about the healthcare workers working non-stop and won’t get a day off for Christmas. But you’ll be crying if something happens and you need to go to the ER and have to wait hours for care or are turned away.

I stopped going to my non-denominational church when the pastors started defying the mandates, saying everyone was lying about COVID and bringing politics into everything. They ended up getting COVID and recovered but I’m afraid to think of how many others they infected 😡

We aren’t in a “lockdown” b/c malls are open and people are out and about everywhere. If they actually mandated a full lockdown and enforced it, we would be way past this. Instead, people are defying everything and we are now the epicenter of COVID 😑 It will get worse.

I work at a hospital. The unvaccinated are ending up in the hospital with COVID including children and the healthcare system is breaking b/c of it. Non-COVID patients can’t get the care they need. The mandate was needed.

The survival rate isn’t the only relevant thing. What about all of the healthy people that end up being severely sick for months or who end up with organ damage, have limbs amputated, etc.?

Well maybe if people actually wore them during gatherings and in all the places that they should... I’m usually sick at least 4 times a year...been wearing a mask from the start and haven’t been sick once this year. You can’t always be 6 ft apart in all places.

I work in a hospital and masks are not unhealthy and we don’t change them all the time. Not sure where you are getting your information. And Newsom didn’t say you needed to wear it 24/7...just when you are inside a place of business or outside and can’t social distance 🙄

My friend’s aunt with COVID was taken by ambulance to Providence Holy Cross a week ago. They told them they had no room and ended up diverting her to 2 otter hospitals before one accepted the ambulance. My friend was freaking out b/c she had no idea where her aunt was for 6 hrs

After being hospitalized 3 months ago with life-threatening blood clots in my lungs, my chest CT scan came back clear of all blood clots and echocardiogram was back to normal. I made it thru and you will too. You’ve got this 💪🏻
