What a great initiative from the team in TUH ICU
ICU launched their Critical Care Safety Bulletin. The bulletin is based on incidents and near misses that have occurred. Learning from these incidents to ensure patient and staff safety. The bulletin helps to promote awareness and to help change practice. #WorldPatientSafetyDay
