Karen Healy Organ Donation Nurse Manager Lead for the Irish Potential Donor Audit presents now about the power of the audit. Objectives: ➡️Intensive Care Units recognise that someone could be an organ donor ➡️Organ donation becomes a routine end of life conversation amongst the team ➡️The family are approached in the right way at the right time ➡️The appropriate medical care is give the patient/family the opportunity to be an organ donor if they so wish. They are paving the way forward for national clinical audit by introducing health equity stratifiers into the audit. #NOCA2025
