@RodricJenkin @hayleymagill @RoshanaMN @uhbtrust 🤔 what’s more worrying is that despite seeing the “problem” not a single one has come up with suggestions for solution.

@jcollm1 @RoshanaMN @uhbtrust I would suggest you go and read my comments earlier. Had it confirmed with “juniors” hence why. Unlike you didn’t just jump in to type on Twitter without confirming first

@Rob_Smithers @hayleymagill @RoshanaMN @uhbtrust @elonmusk I can tell whether you are for Protecting juniors or against it. As a supervisor if I don’t know a trainee has been off sick and suffering how do you expect me to help and support them? Do you have a solution? We all know the problem

@Rob_Smithers @hayleymagill @RoshanaMN @uhbtrust Working for an organisation we have to follow protocols. Is penalising them for not logging their sickness the right thing? Idk tbh. @elonmusk would be in a better position to answer that. But overall it’s all to identify and prevent any disastrous consequences.

@Rob_Smithers @hayleymagill @RoshanaMN @uhbtrust In my opinion if sickness is not officially logged then @uhb would never know what the true sickness rate and not be able to identify the reasons in case it’s unacceptably higher. How do you expect the juniors to be protected if no one knows they are sick. 🤷🏽‍♂️

@hayleymagill @RoshanaMN @uhbtrust I had a period of illness as trainee. Reporting sickness through proper channels is to ensure adequate support is provided. I am grateful for the support I received in ARCPs and for the team. I don’t see what the issue is in sending a reminder on how sickness should be reported.
