idk how people think that 'armand clocks it all' means he planned the events of dubai. louis staged the interview bc he sensed armand was hiding something. armand took part to protect his secrets. the 'clock' is armand realizing daniel's figured him out. this is very obvious.
the main conflict in the 2022 interview stems from louis trying to uncover his real memories while armand tries to maintain a false narrative- the "armand secretly wanted daniel to expose the truth and end his companionship with louis" theory completely destroys that tension
