Yup. But technical support is tricky. You need a robust admin tool that can make account changes, reproduce/simulate issues, impersonate users (w/ reduced access), etc. You need even more robust RBAC and activity logging.

These things are not rocket science. Get competent handlers to do it. People build solutions that do thousands/million message throughput in months not to talk of 4 years.
Between our recent experience with reliance on transfers and POS, and this BVAS matter, I hope we can stop pretending as if we have the infra for mobile/tech-first approaches to problems.
Remember: solutions should match the country you have, not the one you wish you have.
