This nerve block is life changing and I can’t stop crying? It’s been years since I haven’t felt like my neck and face are 3000 pounds of heavy, burning pain. I seriously hope this lasts. I’m still in pain but it’s nothing like trigeminal neuralgia.

I’m really struggling with how my female friends have treated me since getting sick. Not a single one has made any attempt to interact with me since I’ve told them I’m too sick to go out anymore. Some of my male friends treat me like I still exist, I don’t get it.

Even if a cure was found in five years, I don’t think this level of suffering would be worth holding out for. Especially when doctors are unwilling to try anything. ME/CFS has taken everything from me, it’s too much. I’ll never trust my friends, family or doctors again.
