@3JMac For which supplement? I haven’t tried all of these. I’m a fan of collagen peptides, and many nutraceuticals like vitamins and fish oil.

Methylene Blue For those asking about where you can get Methylene Blue safely online. Here’s what I recommend: 1. First, make sure there are no contraindications (see list below). 2. Next, get a G6PD blood test (Quest, LabCorp etc). If it’s normal, then proceed to 3. 3. Now you are safely prepared to try Methylene Blue. 4. Unfortunately, pharmaceutical-grade Methylene Blue cannot safely be found online without a prescription. So it would be best to find a doctor in your area/state that would be comfortable prescribing it. This is likely going to be a functional or integrative medicine. I would be happy to offer my services but it would be a full visit either online or in person but I’m pricey ($450). 5. I personally wouldn’t order anything online because you won’t know purities, if it has mercury, arsenic etc. Do NOT order USP grade, that’s for cleaning, not for human consumption.
