There have been two academic reviews of musculoskeletal changes in transwomen suppressing testosterone.
Both conclude that loss of muscle mass and strength is small, and that strength advantage over females is retained.

"Cis" is absurd. An analogy: If Rachel Dolezal called herself "trans Black" & called Black ppl "cis Black," we wld reject this b/c it:
1) makes Black ppl a subset of ourselves;
2) redefines Black ppl in relation to someone who isn't even Black

I went with a friend in college to the hospital to be treated after she was raped. She requested a female nurse to process the rape kit because she felt safer. She also requested a female police officer to take her statement for the same reason. Sex matters.

I co-teach a puberty unit, I teach the girls and a male faculty member teaches the boys. Parents have to sign a permission slip opting their child in, and we offer the complete curriculum for reviewing in advance. It's not difficult - there is absolutely no reason for secrecy.
