A small change in diet (less processed food more cooking at home) more water over sugary drinks and walking 20 minutes a day, it wasn’t anything drastic! The small things seemed to add up

Thank you!! So I couldn’t pick and choose where I lost weight but I found focusing on glute exercises gives the visual impression that my waist is small, hip thrusts, glute bridges and split squats with weights worked best for me!

I just got back from my first ever solo trip and WOW I am never inviting anyone ever again, honestly the absolute best thing I’ve ever done in my life I will be recommending to everyone 🫶🏽

Okayyy soo I’ve posted this at home workout I did inbetween the gym before but I also used the app “LIFESUM” for healthy meal preps and suggestions for food that didn’t include cutting everything I like out because that makes it 10X harder!

I gave up dozens of times before I stuck to it! I accept now there will be days I don’t do a full workout or I eat unhealthy for a day because life is complex, my view is as long as I get back to it the next day & don’t make it a habit those days will stay few and far between!
