Surgery biopsy results:
6.4cm tumor shrunk to 4.5mm & removed with Clean Margins meaning tumor removed & all surrounding tissue was cancer free
16 lymph nodes removed & only had the 1 infected node that shrunk from 9mm to 1.9mm
So successful chemo/surgery! 🥳

I dont have 2 get radiation.
Chemo did throw me into menopause at age 44 so now I begin Anastrozole pill for 5 years 2 reduce the chance of cancer coming back. 🤞

I received my latest Signatera test results which is a test that scans my blood for the DNA of my breast cancer & it came back negative! So I'm NED or No Evidence of Disease! 🥳 🙏🥰

Im bored
I'm gaining weight & flab from no movement
I wear a compression bra 23/7 that irritates my skin
I still have 1 surgical drain that won't stop draining

Saw my surgeon today. I decided on a double mastectomy with breast reconstruction. The breast surgeon removes the breasts while a plastic surgeon will do the breast reconstruction all in same sitting. Now I need to meet with the plastic surgeon.

I got my first haircut today since its grown back from chemo. I cried a little 😢 cause it felt like a milestone was achieved. The lady asked if I have natural curls. I'm like, no, these are chemo curls & explained my situation. Just happy to be moving forward!

Receiving my 1st dose of Taxol chemo. No more "Red Devil" chemo!
Results are in, Doc confirmed. They no longer see my cancer tumor. My lymph node shrunk from 9mm to 4mm. The strong aggressive "Red Devil" chemo that made me so sick killed the tumor in 2 months🥳🥳

My 1st day after Chemo SUCKED!! Finished chemo at 11:30 by 2ish started 2 feel rotten like nauseas, headache & flushed. By 3:30 took 1st nausea med & it didnt work. Took my other nausea med at 7:30 & it didnt work. Nothing worked! Today feel better so hopefully that was the worst

So they were able to get the DNA of my breast cancer tumor. So now I get blood work every 3 months & they look for the DNA of the tumor in my blood to see if I still have cancer or if the cancer returned. Got my first results & they were negative! God is good! 🥳

As of April 19th 2023, my 89 year old grandma can walk better than me
Thats what chemo can do 2 you in short period of time

Now I'm preparing for my double mastectomy with breast reconstruction on July 19th. They will biopsy my breast tissue along with lymph nodes removed for any leftover cancer that the chemo didn't kill.

Well I earned my breast implants ID card yesterday & I can now throw away my medical port ID card. My surgery was successful & my Doc even eliminated an extra incision by removing my medical port through my breast incision. I do have 2 drains so now I rest🖕cancer

Well, my procedure was a success. Only took 3 hours to remove my breasts/lymph nodes & rebuild my breasts. It's not nearly as painful as I thought it was gonna be. Get to leave the hospital later today. Find out next week if cancer is gone. Thanks for all the well wishes! 🥰🙏❤️

Results are in. My MRI showed a small mass in my other breast I have to have biopsied. My bone scan showed 2 areas of concern so have to get another MRI/CT scan to rule out cancer. BUT my CT scan showed my lungs, organs & all other lymph nodes are cancer FREE!!! 🥳 I'll take it!

So I'm back 2 working my normal shifts. Back 2 working out at gym. Plus, I go 2 physical therapy once a week.
My next surgery is Nov. 1st when I get my tissue expanders swapped 4 my gel implants 2 finish the breast reconstruction & get my medical port removed 🥳

Well, it's been almost 2 weeks since receiving Taxotere chemo. This chemo is a "walk in the park" 4 me vs. Red Devil & Taxol chemo!
Only felt crummy 3 days vs. 10 days in a row like on other chemos
Only major side effects: rash/hives on neck & tastes buds shot!

Unfortunately, my hyperthyroidism has come back due to the way of fighting cancer 😭

Going on my 3rd day of recovery from my double mastectomy with breast reconstruction. It's not nearly as painful as I thought it would be. I've been able to get out of bed on my own just use my ab muscles. Can use my arms alittle. Just have 4 drains I have to drain 3 times a day.

I got my bandages removed today from my breast reconstruction surgery & the girls look good! I can shower normal tomorrow. I can go back 2 work & PT next week. I can workout just cant let the girls bounce till I see my Doc in 2 months. What a journey

So I got a new nausea medicine yesterday with my chemo injection & it helped me tremendously feel better BUT it knocked me out! I slept most of yesterday. So just now seeing all my Bday & well wishes & wanted to say Thank You! Absolutely love all the support you are sending! ❤️🙏

Just got back from working out at the gym. 🏋️♀️ I'm up to working out for an hour. I'm off Sun, Mon & Tues & have been working out for an hour on those days. I ride my recumbent bike 2 other days a week for 25 min. Feels f*cking AMAZING!

Did I make enough pizza boxes for Xmas? Xmas day is our busiest day of the year. We make more on Xmas than 4 business days combined! Customers go on UberEats, Doordash & Grubhub & see we are only ones open & order. I have employees that don't celebrate Xmas so they work.

Well, I got my glass door fixed at my pizzeria! I feel much better, not so violated! Cost me $737 plus $165 in pizza, lol! Before you ask, yes, I have insurance & no, it's not worth claiming.
My pizzeria got broken into last night. Looks like young skinny dudes all masked up from my Ring video. Obviously young to be that NAIVE to think we'd keep a bunch of cash after hours. Also, naive to think people pay with cash these days! Got me for $25 cash & a new glass door!

I just noticed I do not have any doctor appointments in the month of February! 🥳 Will be the first time since November 2022! Finally, I'm getting my time back to do what I want to do! 🥹
