@sandwellcouncil Definitely sandwell as it was up Barrs Road and Timbertree estate. I did follow the instructions as per that link and the dog warden said the warden wouldn’t come u less the dog was contained. Whose job is it to contain a free roaming dog with no owner?

Ultimately the dog ended up being de mobilised as it was hit by a car, if the warden would have attended sooner then the animal probably wouldn’t have been hurt .

@joboraineyslah But that also is not the fault of landlords, is it? There are so many negatives to being a landlord now that it has to be financially attractive and it’s not. Hence why there is not stock, so many want out. Prs LL’s are needed and shouldn’t be penalised

@joboraineyslah I agree. But I can’t see how you can blame ‘greedy landlords’ for the lack of social housing and inability for should be social housing tenants to get a mortgage
