I’m a Pies supporter and I’m all for gather round. Whether it’s in SA, WA, QLD, NSW or Tassie. It was awesome watching footy in the Adelaide Hills, Norwood and AO. And extra game where we travel won’t kill us. Non Vic sides travel every 2 wks.

They’re competitive. Lost to the Pies by a point (should’ve won), came back from 33 down against the Dees a week later at 3/4 time and lost by 3pts. Lost to the Dogs and Blues by 17 and 19pts respectively.

I was at the Aus Open on centre court one year, thought I had my phone on silent, opened a message my mate sent me which had a woman moaning during the point.
Literally had to scramble to turn my phone off. Worst part was it was the 2nd pt after the change of ends. Died.

As someone who retired from playing footy at 26 because of 2 dislocated knees because I was mentally drained, I couldn’t imagine what doing an ACL would be like.
