Here is a Moon. I tried to make a Mineral Moon. All I did was slam the Saturation and Vibrancy bars the whole way.

From last night’s StarParty. I have managed to finally get polar alignment. Thanks to my fellow club member for helping me out. Sometimes you really do need in person instruction. I only took cell photos. I’m in a better headspace than a few days ago. Thanks for your support

I was out in the woods the other day and took along my “vintage” Nikon camera. I guess early 2000’s is now vintage. I guess I am old🤣. The photos are straight of the SD card. It’s always nice to spend time in nature.

Looks like my 24mm. Wouldn’t use it for birds. Landscapes yes. It’s mainly my Astro lens since it’s manual. Used it last winter for snowy landscapes. Blew all the highlights out. 🤣. I’m Learning😉

Had a fun day climbing around in the ice and snow.took a long video of everything. And my photos got published in a magazine. Had a meet and greet at the yoga studio. Will be going in the spring. I take photos every day so I am always a day or 2 behind with posting everything.

Hey all, I just wanted to share a bit of how I got into Astrophotography. Stargazing has always been a calming activity for me. To look at the night sky and just empty your mind and relax. I started just taking phone pics as a way to remember how felt. I think we all create to.
