You don’t need to be magician to have single token exposure in AMM 😏. 1. Deposit ETH and XXX to @UniswapProtocol.2. Collaterize LP token on @AaveAave V1.3. Borrow ETH and swap it to XXX. You have LP (ETH + XXX) and you have ETH debt (1x short) = you don’t have exposure in ETH 🤷♂️.

Moreover, stealing ownership of 13k more addresses related to Ethereum mainnet @gnosisSafe wallets was still possible. Luckily White Hat Hackers prevented this with a margin by deploying 22k more multi-sig wallets with ownership granted to Optimism wallet.
Unfortunately, an attacker was able to deploy the multisig to L2 with different initialization parameters before these efforts were completed, assuming ownership of the 20m OP. This address has since sold 1m OP:.

UPDATE: We found out, that someone discovered this vulnerability 2 days ago, increased own balance to 153.6M $iUSDT and started draining from $USDT pool until 151.9M $iUSDT were burned by @bZxHQ "admin": It seems like $1.7M were stolen 🤔

The first version of @1inch Network instant governance was exactly what @VitalikButerin described as «Solution 1: limited governance». It was weighted average of stakers votes applied gradually within 24 hours to prevent any kind of front-running attacks.
Decentralized governance is necessary, but coin voting governance in its current form has many acknowledged and unacknowledged dangers. Augmenting or moving beyond coin voting is a key part of the solution:.

Hacker used fake @Uniswap V3 pool with new @SushiSwap router (3 days), which didn’t had any checks that pool is genuine. So fake pool called router callback with malformed arguments (see last arg on screenshot), which lead to transferFrom() from wrong user
It seems the @SushiSwap RouterProcessor2 contact has an approve-related bug, which leads to the loss of >$3.3M loss (about 1800 eth) from @0xSifu. If you have approved please *REVOKE* ASAP!. One example hack tx:
