I start explaining some basic kitchen knowledge such as fermentation, sourdough, bone broth, hygiene.. Then we get into what’s the recipe parts divided into mains and stews, sides with snacks and some salads, then we have some examples of soups served throughout Europe and lastly desserts and sweet treats using our colonial era imported ingredients (such as coconut sugar) ☺️ you will find here some personal favourites (peanut butter cups, butter bombs, muffins, etc). I think it makes quite a perfect gift for anyone interested in our European foods, creating a meaningful meal time and trying the beauty of tastes behind all these regional dishes. Each recipe comes with a little description and origin ☺️ there’s also a measuring table at the end. The cookbook is in metric units.

Plastic straws leak more microplastics than impermeable paper straw. We could actually reduce all issues by allowing straws only for hospital use. 🌀
