I have spoken to my service provider. @WeAreOpenreach your engineer did not turn up when booked and no communication or apology You have rescheduled visit but not for a week I have no phone at home without Internet. Appalling service Please send me your complaints procedure

@Plusnet 30 years with plusnet as my phone and broadband provider but feel totally let down. Home Internet not working for three days, engineer didn't turn up, rescheduled engineer call not for another week and plusnet response "it's the system". NO it's your responsibility

EAsyJet have issued "an important message on their twitter page to anyone flying with them lots of "tips to help holidaymakers have the smoothest trip possible". Great deflection Easyjet, let's blame the customer because you have no idea how to run a company @easyJet

@easyJet Trying to get refunds for a cancelled flight(ten days ago). Everything refers you to use manage bookings, even your chat line. Now spoken to someone who told me you can't use the manage bookings after the booking has passed. Digital airline you are definetly not!

@BlueinQ @easyJet @easyJet home now but took 3 days to get through to Easyjet and then only by online chat. Directed to a welfare form to complete but no contact, acknowledgement or apology from Easyjet. Still can't get refunds on flights, having had to spend £1900 on new flights home.

@BBC_HaveYourSay stranded in Portugal. Got as far as boarding easyjet flight to Liverpool Sun night to be told it was cancelled. The plane flew back empty! No-one to help you, easy jet app not working, Night spent in airport and you can't contact easyjet by phone.

@TIMHEP @BBC_HaveYourSay Have no idea but as you can imagine if it was no catering this was no concern for us (there was nothing in the airport, not even water!) Still in Portugal two days later and still unable to contact Easyjet, have now sent email!

@BBC_HaveYourSay two teachers, a midwife and physio assistant in our party that are stranded in Portugal as easyjet cancel flights. This impact is far more reaching than just cancelled flights, it affects our essential services. There needs to be severe consequences for Easyjet.
