@dairymanNZ @k_lyons55 The NZ model is efficient & definitely balances preserving access to nutrition & deliciousness but it does so by dealing with the unique advantages and situation of a lush, beautiful island where dairy not only feeds people but stewards land. I don't see Alberta duplicating that.

Judging by the clips and replays of the pregame songs, the apparently unstoppable Eagles, and an amazing halftime it looks like #SuperBowl was EXCELLENCE from start to finish. The kind of excellence that can't be denied or stopped no matter how hard folks try.

It's just amazing how much scrutiny folks be applying to referees, girlfriends of NFL players, songs being sung, and the vocal abilities of people way more fucking talented than them and how little they are willing to scrutinize what is said and done by their shiny idols.

One of the most labor-intensive farming jobs out there is dairy farming. 80% of our milk, comes from farms that rely on immigrant labor. If those workers were gone, milk prices could double to almost $8 a gallon.
