@l0stmyhal0 @transmasctakes i regret to inform you that male privilege is a Cis Only club. to imply that trans men/mascs need to be more cognizant of their “male privilege” than literal cis men is both laughable and sad. we cannot benefit from privileges that were never meant for us in the first place.

@Pupperdoon obviously you’re allowed to have your preferences, but labeling everyone that prefers trans men to cis men as “chasers” is unrealistic. some people are T4T, and some people with uteruses (like myself) prefer to only have sex with people who can’t get them pregnant.

“a little bit of experimentation” with cis men caused a pregnancy scare that made me consider taking my own life because an abortion was inaccessible to me and pregnancy would’ve heightened my dysphoria. people like this don’t actually care about queer or trans people.

Young t4t transmasc people who are scared of pregnancy - one, I don’t believe you that you aren’t attracted to cis men, and two, a little bit of experimentation might help with your fear of cock/balls. Just because someone makes sperm doesn’t mean they are radioactive.

@DumbPossumm @girlofswords see, the difference here is “cisgender” and “allosexual” are real terms to define real things. “monosexual” is a term that bisexuals who don’t feel oppressed enough made up to separate themselves from other gay ppl (for some reason).

@giseokseu @FinesseEness actually, i can and i did. as i matured and learned that some of the things i said when i was younger actually was pretty offensive, i deleted it because that’s not representative of who i am now. just putting “BLM” doesn’t mean shit if you’re not actually doing the work.

@sleepy_shivers @girlofswords oh honey, no. my experience (being out since high school, medically transitioning as a minor, on HRT for 8 years, getting top surgery in a few weeks, in the process of legally changing my name) as a trans person is NOTHING like OOP’s. they don’t understand, actually!.

@RAPINGINMATES @SupportDetrans denying someone’s gender identity because they have no desire to medically transition IS being transphobic lmao. saying someone is less of a woman or less of a trans person because they don’t want to medically transition is transphobic.

@elainasqloint @KailuaPig @deadauthoryaoi @criddir my psych doctors wouldn’t even recognize that i had ADHD until i started breaking down in appointments because my executive dysfunction made me want to off myself. mental healthcare in the US is SO similar to trying to get HRT bc they won’t treat you unless you want to die.

@SoundsSapphic @spacebunsarah @cockmogger i think saying “most people have a genital preference bc transphobia” is a little broad. people can have genital preferences due to trauma. i personally have a genital preference bc i have a uterus and don’t want to get pregnant. also like, it’s okay to just have a preference. 🤷.

@ZackHugsBack @JustifiableT i actually liked his content before i knew what i do now! i ended up having to unfollow and block because he was increasingly leaning into the “haha you can’t even tell i’m not ~*actually*~ a girl!” which is pretty weird from someone who doesn’t identify as a trans woman/fem.

@DrowsyNym @thefemiurge trans women existing however they please even if that means being or wanting to be “pretty” or “passing” or conventionally attractive IS brave and empowering. i’m sorry that you don’t feel pretty or like you pass, but that doesn’t give you a right to drag others down with you.

I remember reading about what happened at Sandy Hook in ‘12 on my school-issued iPad in 8th grade, worried that my school could be next. Now, 10 years later as an ECE educator, I look at my preschoolers about to go to kindergarten and hope they’re not next. Gun control now.

@eirianqueer @sillyfella86 @Ilovekiki270103 if you’re a c*shet man who fantasizes about corrective SA against lesbians, i feel fine saying they’re a bad person and consider them unsafe. they’re not doing it to process trauma or explore parts of their identity, but continuing to wield their power over marginalized genders.

@theheckmouth @bivtown @RinRinYikes a lot of people do not feel comfortable living with cis men due to trauma and the high statistical likelihood of them being abusers. those people might be comfortable with trans men/mascs living with them, so that’s why the distinction is important.

@p0lycule tell me where i explicitly say or even imply that i’m attracted to women or fem ppl in general lmao. regardless of that, not all transfems have penises so i think it’s odd to try to use that as some sort of gotcha.

@RoeGraceM psychosis can *explain* “bad behavior,” but it does not excuse it. mentally ill people, including those that experience psychosis and mania, still need to be held accountable for their actions. mental illness isn’t your fault but it is your responsibility.

@EponymousDj @gxrlboi cis ppl (and honestly some binary trans ppl) still expect non-binary ppl to be perfectly androgynous or else they’re not truly non-binary. the mainstream “look” for a non-binary person is white, thin, physically able bodied, and androgynous. this isn’t an outdated ideal lmao.

@untiltzuyu @femaleweezerfan @BetterCallBritt You can speak about your negative experiences with psychiatry while also acknowledging that a lot of people need medication to survive and not shitting on how disabled people decide to cope with their chronic mental health conditions. It’s called ✨nuance✨.

@oxalisnebula @SpacemanSinbad @NiklausNDolores NO trans man benefits from the patriarchy, as it exists to serve white, cishet men. it’s also not uncommon for women, cis or trans, to perpetuate misogyny in order to maintain their status. it’s almost as if siding with the oppressor grants you social points.

@ereshkigirlboss my partner had a queer masc friend in college that had a “strictly dickly” rule for their sexual partners, meaning they weren’t interested in anyone that didn’t have a penis. as a transmasc person i’m perfectly fine with this because people are allowed to set sexual boundaries.
