Player Development Specialist- Work with numerous pros and college players from over 19 DI conferences… College of Wooster Men’s Basketball Assistant Coach
Another great off-season ✅
Couldn’t be more thankful for everybody involved. We worked hard and got better, can’t wait to see everybody kill during their college/professional seasons.
Have had a ton of people ask me for my ball handling warmup throughout the summer so I figured I would just post it on here. We start each workout with it. It takes about 3-5 minutes if guys are going hard- everyone who works with me knows this like the back of their hand lol
Last summer I posted our hall handling warmup so this summer I figured I would show one of our finishing series. We do this (or a variation of this) at the beginning of most workouts right after we finish the ball handling warmup.

I’m so tired of kids not recognizing how solid D3 basketball is. So many kids won’t even look D3 when it’s many solid D3 programs that would compete with or beat higher levels. Kids need to get rid of ego and pride and realize what could be great opportunities
Had a great time today with our College of Wooster men’s basketball prospect camp! Had a ton of talented basketball players, but more importantly some great people. Was a lot of fun getting to meet and work with all these guys.
It’s been a great year working with the kid
@_SolomonCal
one of the most skilled scorers I’ve been around. Really excited to watch him at Wright State- great hooper even better person
Great summer with former Clemson/YSU hooper Naz Bohannon. Naz has a real unique skill set and play style. After his final year of college basketball at Clemson he spent 3 months in the NFL as a tight end before going back to pro hoops and he’s now playing in Germany
The atmosphere was incredible
in Timken gymnasium this past weekend, we’re thankful to have some of the best fans in the country! Big rivalry win for the Scots as we advanced to 17-4. Just three regular season games remaining
Amazing shot by big T on senior night for the conference title! Great team win. The crowd was incredible. I say it all the time but we really have some of the best fans in the country! On to the conference tournament.
It’s so weird to me how sports fans act like they personally know these athletes and for some reason their opinion regarding what an athletes personal choices are matter at all. Kyrie is allowed to do whatever he wants with his own life whether you like it or not nobody cares lol
Session 1 of day 1 of my college mini camp went great this AM. Got in great work on the court, in the weight room and finished up with yoga. Guys are here from all over the country, Big 12, SEC, AAC, CUSA, Horizon, AAC, CAA, Big South and more. Two and a half more days of work!
Jack Stevens College MiniCamp
Great work with a great group of guys! Had players attend from Baylor, Iowa State, LSU, Wichita State, West Virginia, Detroit Mercy, North Texas, UNC Wilmington, Youngstown State, Presbyterian.
Appreciate everyone who was involved over the 3 days!
Almost that time! Through the last two summers we’ve had over 30 D1 players from 18 different conferences as well as over 15 pros come through the gym… guys from all over the country. Always great work!
Great 1st game
@afoster3__
This is an exciting Buffalo team to watch… huge opening night win over a very good Colgate team. Armoni’s experience and ability was evident, made two big time plays late in the game to seal the win
How about D2 Queens U Charlotte...They replaced Northeastern on less than 24hr notice in the Paradise Jam. Lost to George Mason by 1 last night, and beat Howard by 14 today. Belmont up next tomorrow - looking forward to watching - 12pm on ESPN3.
Really good stuff here
@jstevetraining
is one of the best trainers in the business
His ball handling warm up here is simple yet effective
Work hard with purpose. It’s not how many hours you spend, it’s how hard you go when you are in there
Huge summer with Luke Howes
@luke_howes3
I believe Luke has the ability to be one of the top DII guards in the country. He strong, great handle, has great pace and has become a very good shooter- Luke is one of the hardest workers I’ve ever been around
One of the greatest coaches in basketball history and one of the greatest men I’ve ever met. I have learned so much about the game from Coach but even more about being a great person. Also- the court looks amazing
Men's Basketball | Steve Moore Court will be officially dedicated at a to be determined
@ScotsBasketball
home game this season! Coach's name is already inscribed on the court as it was refinished this summer!

@BakaIcare
put in some great work today. The first half of the workout was perimeter based and his guard skills are impressive as well. Kids already a beast and he’s only getting better, very coachable and he wants to be the best.
@wildcatselect
We had a great first game in Paris against a very tough and talented Metropolitans 92 (Espoir ‘Prospect’) team.
Earlier in the day the Scots spent time at both Musée d’Orsay and Versailles!
Off hand development workout with
@afoster3__
if you want the full workout reply with your email or text me your email and I’ll send copies of it out tonight. In total it’s only 15-20 minutes per day but it makes a huge difference
Great work this summer with
@afoster3__
been in the gym just about each day... we don’t take many videos or pictures but this is from our workout today. Huge rs junior year for him coming up, one of, if not the top player in the country D2
At the College of Wooster we have one the best home game atmospheres and some of the best fans in the country- nothing like a game in Timken Gymnasium!
You’re wasting your time at “open runs” if it’s one guy dribbling the leather off the ball to get to a bucket and 4 guys standing watching it happen with little to no defense being played
Great summer
#2
now with Marquis Barnett, I think Quis will be Big South all conference this year. He’s a versatile defender and a great athlete… he excels at scoring in transition and is a great slasher. Really focused on his shot and scoring quickly off the catch this summer.
Proud of you
@afoster3__
Incredible season. Winner. Hardest worker I know. You’ve earned everything.
D2 player of the year finalist
All American
All region
PSAC player of the year
18 pts 5 reb 7 ast
2 triple doubles
Made it to the final 4
93-9 career record up to this point
I love you bro
@JourneyBrown6
this breaks my heart. Been a blessing being able to watch you do what you love at such a high level. You taught me so much... you inspired me and so many others, there’s no doubt in my mind you’ll continue to do so. You’ll continue to be great.
GREAT DRILL FOR GUARDS:
Out of the BS if I call “lift” the ball handler has to make a good quick pass to the lift man, same for “corner” & “wing”. If no call, then he finishes at the rim. It forces the ball handler to play with pace and make a good quick pass the the “open” man
Been trying to tell people for over a year now... Luke will be and honestly probably already is one of the top guards in Ohio. High IQ, great feel for the game, crafty scorer, great handle and passing vision, good shooter, hard worker, winner.
Final:
Brecksville - 66
St. Edward - 59
2024 Luke Skaljac finishes with 31 points and turned in arguably the most complete game I’ve seen all year from an Ohio kid.
Throughout May I had guys from the Big 10, Big 12, Big East, A10, AAC, CUSA, MAC, Horizon, SOCON, Big South, MAAC, Southland, MEAC and numerous pros who hoop all over the world through my gym. All of them with a genuine desire to work and get better, couldn’t be more thankful.
Genuinely one of the nicest and most humble kids I’ve ever met. Incredibly hard worker. So sad to see stuff like this. Take advantage of every day you get, love and appreciate those around you.
Please keep Darian Keyser, his family, and the Jamestown community in your prayers. Head basketball coach Lucas Widger said that Keyser passed away in his sleep last night. Just devastating news and a life gone way too soon.

Paul Pierce needs his mic to be muted everytime someone mentions LeBron lol this is awful he’s actually the biggest Bron hater in the world he’s not even trying to hide it anymore
Scots with another big win 73-54 over Le Coteau! Earlier in the day we took a high speed train from Paris to Lyon and toured the beautiful streets of Lyon.
