February 6 is the last day for federal employees to give their answer if they accept a deferred resignation from the administration. We are offering federal employees $2 beverages from 5-7pm whether or not you decide to take the deferred resignation.

@tdeluca80 @menomale_dc It's not just about undocumented immigrants. Lots of immigrants who are here legally feel under treat as Trump aims to strip immigrants from certain countries of their legal status, halt refugees programs, and end birthright citizenship.

@PaulieCeee My understanding is the protest is more about immigrants wholly, not just those who are undocumented. Even many who are here legally feel under attack and that their status is threatened.

@PaulieCeee The idea is to protest Trump's immigration policies by showing the impact of immigrants on the industry. I haven't talked to all the restaurants, but the ones I have said they will pay staff today.
