@sheena_byrom @LorettaJRoss 2/2 Loretta’s suggestion to look someone in the eye, tilt your head and say “I beg your pardon” so like the approach of the wonderful Mary Cronk. A friend once taught me the concept of maintaining a ‘benevolent gaze’ this might help us call out with love.
