Not sure what the Universe is trying to tell me but our child's Diabetic Alert Service Dog has Type 1 diabetes! I did think it was strange that he has been "alerting" when it's just the two of us (& I do not have Type 1 diabetes). Here he is rocking his continuous glucose monitor

Once he was at the vet and he alerted to a cat who was just came in with DKA (essentially a severe diabetic crisis) and the vets were astounded. I have so many stories!

I used to kick my Tesla on the regular because it SUCKED! Doors wouldn’t open in rain, the computer screen glitches constantly - requiring me to pull over and restart the piece of junk - and the self drive feature was not reliable. Do not buy a Tesla. Take it from me.

My 5 year old son was distraught that he only had 2 “cereal bowls” whereas some of his friends had more. I didn’t understand. Then he clapped his name MA•SON. And declared “See? I only have two cereal bowls!”(Syllables) 🙄🤷♀️🤣

He still alerts to my son. In fact he alerted just last night that my son was going low. But he's been "retired-ish" since he was diagnosed w cancer a few years ago and then Cushing's disease last year. But he STILL wants to work. We didn't get insurance bc we were DUMB! 🤦🏼♀️

My son with Type 1 diabetes is out of state and had a pump malfunction and didn't have back up pens. He's at the hospital because he is nearing ketoacidosis as he searched closed pharmacies for syringes. This hospital bill will be $1500. For a syringe of insulin. America.

Nope. I simply stopped communication with him in March 2020 - when my immune comprised kid came home from college with Covid and he sent me Trump talking points. I told him that I hold him accountable if something happened to my son. No communication until this past week.

My son caught Covid (but there were no “perfect, beautiful tests” anywhere) in March 2020. I have never seen him so sick-14 days of fever/cough/ER trips/2 neg flu tests & is a Type 1 diabetic since 10. People like them could have killed my child. I hate them. No tolerance left.
