Today Ethan had a haircut…being autistic & having severe sensory processing disorder, this is often a VERY difficult procedure. But today he had the best one yet. I mean he made sure they knew he was annoyed but he sat reasonably still and the job was finished in 10 minutes!

Today Ethan turns 7!! Autism robs you of so much, for Ethan it’s his voice. However, since moving schools he’s started to say the odd word. On Friday he had a party at school, when I picked him up he said “friends, fun, cake” ❤️

Two years ago today I started my running journey…5k took me 38 minutes. Today I ran/walked over 25k!!! I met some most beautiful humans, tried on various Hoka shoes and ran laps in them! ran some silly quick laps with Leah, and genuinely had the time of my life!
