And on Thursday (Feb 13), they'll vote on whether to close 13 libraries across the Shire.
The new Ellon Library opens at Formartine House this Tue (Feb 11) from 9.30am. The building also houses Ellon Family Resource Centre, a registrars office and ceremonies room. Provost Judy Whyte and Members of the Formartine Area Committee recently took a tour of the building.
