Designers need to stop focusing on new tools and cool features and start focusing on the basics. Great, you can use auto layout but what does you end output look like. Keep it simple, dont over complicate the process. Focus on what matters.

Almost 2 years it had taken me to get a design job after Uni. It was a real struggle and I even worked on jobs for nothing. I had plenty of knock backs, terrible interviews and took jobs just for the money. Take a moment to think where you've come from and where you are now.

Dont overthink or over complicate the design process. Be confident in the choices you make and refine them as you go along. Design, UX/UI has to many rules that hold you back. Be free & create first. Then refine based on them design rules. Stop restricting your creativity.
