For those who were asking. You don't need to pay for it. The company does it all (

). You just get an RFID tag and pay as you go per kwh. Anyone can use it. It's just convenient for home charging.

I’ve seen Meta attribute conversions even when there is no ad engagement. For example, customer is a follower on IG, sees ad on FB (no interaction) and then converts, Meta counts that as an attributed order.
